What is a Mobile Bar?
A mobile bar is a fully equipped, portable bar that brings professional bartending services directly to your event, no matter the location.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, Massachusetts does not license mobile bars to sell liquor without a brick-and-mortar establishment. This means the client provides the alcohol, and we handle the rest! We’ll assist you in customizing your menu and ensure you know exactly how much to order for your event.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance, so you can feel confident and secure when booking our services.
Do you provide non-alcoholic services?
Yes, we do! Our bars are perfect for serving mocktails, hot chocolate, cider, lemonade, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and more. If you can dream it, we’ll pour it into a glass and serve it with style.
What is your payment and refund policy?
To reserve your event date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 60 days of your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event and is also non-refundable. For events booked within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable.
How long does it take to set up?
We typically plan for 1 hour to set up. This gives us plenty of time to gather the alcohol, arrange the bar, and ensure the beverages are chilled and ready to serve when your guests arrive.
Is gratuity included?
By default, we put out a tip jar. If you prefer not to have a tip jar at your event, gratuity can be added to your invoice instead.
